The credit card transaction can be declined either by your bank or our payment processor. In both cases, you can submit a support ticket or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check the exact reason with our payment processor.
If the transaction is declined by your bank, you can resolve it by calling your bank. If the decline is from our payment processor's side, we will try to get your card whitelist so that transaction can be approved.
If nothing works, we will provide you an alternate payment link so that you can start using our templates without further delay.
